Chef Michael Mina restaurant is Seablue, inspired by the bustling ports and marketplaces of the Mediterranean. Fish and shellfish are flown in from around the world daily and prepared in two open show kitchens. The menu features tapas and small plates ideal for family-style sharing; custom-designed salads; innovative seafood entrees and jet-fresh whole fish cooked over a wood-fired grill. The stylish room is filled with sea-entric details, from the walls of stone and water to a dramatic cylindrical tank filled with over one thousand fish. Ocean-fresh is the focus here, so let your tastebuds go for a swim. Reservations recommended.
