Old Homestead Steakhouse
Brothers Marc and Greg Sheery, whose family has been associated with Old Homestead in New York for decades, brings this classic eatery known for its quality steakhouse selections and legendary history.
The extensive menu includes several signature dishes from the classic New York City menu including the popular 32-ounce Gotham rib steak on the bone, USDA prime dry-aged porterhouse designed for multiple people, filet mignon on the bone and the 18-ounce empire cut of prime rib, to name a few. A raw bar offers a wide assortment of seafood dishes such as the shellfish platter, chilled Maine lobster cocktail, colossal shrimp cocktail, and east and west coast oysters. Created specifically for the Las Vegas guest, the Caesars Palace menu also features Kobe meatballs, prime short rib in a wine reduction sauce, Grandma's big fat chocolate cake, s'mores and a homemade chocolate chip cookie baked in a cast iron skillet and topped with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. Inspired by the New York location's award-winning wine list, more than 15,000 bottles are housed on-site. In addition to the fine selection of wine bottles, there is a wide variety of champagnes and red and white wines available by the glass.
Las Vegas customers are welcomed to the restaurant by Annabelle, the iconic brown and white cow that has been greeting Old Homestead customers for decades.
