Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Permit Application

Any contractor working at the Las Vegas Convention Center must obtain an EAC permit. An EAC permit requires a certificate of insurance (general/auto liability and workers’ compensation) and an annual permit fee of $250. ALL EACs WORKING WITHIN THE PROPERTY MUST BE PERMITTED THROUGH THIS PROCESS. If you are applying for an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor permit, please answer the question below and complete the application.

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is a participant in the Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA) Exhibition Industry Worker Identification System (WIS). For more information, please go to www.ESCA.org.

Payments can also be made by credit card via Square. Should you wish to pay using Square, please provide the email address of the credit card holder and an invoice will be emailed upon review and approval of your application.
