A Vegas Expression has a strict vetting process. Applicants fill out a full profile on our app, including all experience with photos. We interview, background check, and start each staff member as back up on shows.
How does your local talent matching process work?

Every employee must use our app for schedules, timecards, and communications. Onsite, each staff member will check in with the app that logs a GPS location and photo. This delivers an accurate report of exact hours worked for our clients.
How do you track employee hours, especially on larger shows for proper staff charges?

Yes, we are an approved contractor at the Las Vegas Convention Center. We also carry over the minimum each hotel requests. Clients and venues may be added to our general liability, professional liability, workers comp, bonds, transportation insurance, and our umbrella policy.
Are you in full compliance with the convention center and all hotels in Vegas?

We provide back up staff at no charge for every event. Should a team member get sick or have an emergency, we do have someone onsite to replace them. If one of our team is not working out, we will replace them at no cost for their hours worked. Our events and staffing team works with each client to make sure their expectations are met.
