Las Vegas is an ever-evolving destination and continues to elevate its offerings, like celebrity and TV personality, Lisa Vanderpump's new Las Vegas resort.
Continuing a long-standing partnership with Caesars Entertainment, Lisa Vanderpump is transforming The Cromwell Las Vegas into The Vanderpump Hotel, a chic boutique property on the Strip that will remain operational during renovations that started summer 2025. The transformation includes redesigned guest rooms, a revamped reception area, and a new lounge featuring Vanderpump's signature luxury aesthetic and bespoke furnishings. Located minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center, the hotel offers sophisticated event spaces perfect for corporate gatherings.
Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino debuted the Vegas Loop – Westgate Station in January 2025, offering fast, direct access to the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), Resorts World Las Vegas, and future destinations like the airport, Allegiant Stadium, and the Strip. And in April, the newest station opened at Encore Resort at Wynn Las Vegas, further enhancing convenient Vegas Loop access for conference attendees and travelers heading to the LVCC.

Completed this spring, Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas revealed Peacock Alley, a lounge offering afternoon tea, and Hard Shake, an intimate bar serving innovative craft cocktails with stunning views of the Las Vegas Boulevard on its reimagined 23rd-floor. This marks a significant milestone in the hotel’s extensive, multi-million-dollar property-wide renovation, which included upgrades to its 15,000 square feet of event space, room renovations, and a redesign and relocation of its gorgeous lobby and front desk.
For its 25th anniversary, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is undergoing a $1.5 billion multi-phased renovation, the largest and most expensive in hospitality history. Come check out the already completed redesign of its 4,000 suites inspired by the Venetian Carnival, and a new 14,000 square feet poker room with an additional 15 tables and a private room dedicated to live streaming.
Another project to look forward to is the multi-stage $188 million renovation of the Venetian Expo at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The first phase including a fully redesigned first floor has been completed, and over the next few years, the entire convention space will be given a whole new look. The convention space will include an upgraded contemporary Italian interior design, a new 10,000-square-foot speakeasy-style lounge for invitation-only events, and cutting-edge lighting and audio-visual technology.
While Formula 1’s Las Vegas Grand Prix won’t return until November, its Grand Prix Plaza – the first permanent F1 structure – is available for bookings in early 2026, including three Formula 1-inspired private event spaces. Be among the first to experience the world’s largest immersive Formula 1 attraction, which includes thrilling experiences like F1 X, a 4D journey through a cutting-edge, tech-driven adventure, and F1 DRIVE, an exhilarating kart racing experience powered by advanced DRS technology. F1 HUB also offers state-of-the-art simulators, a flagship F1 store, and elevated dining and lounge options.
Coming January 2026, Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa in Henderson will offer fully reimagined meeting and convention spaces as part of a $200 million transformation blending timeless Mediterranean charm with bold, contemporary design. Spanning 69,000 square feet, the revitalized venues will feature modern finishes, natural tones, and flexible indoor-outdoor layouts ideal for events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to galas of 5,000. Designed in partnership with WATG and Wimberly Interiors, and backed by Station Casinos’ expert team, the renovation sets a new standard for upscale meetings and events within 20 minutes of the Las Vegas Strip.
Sunset Station Hotel Casino entered its next phase of transformation in July 2025, unveiling exciting new entertainment offerings, enhanced casino experiences, and upgraded guest amenities as part of Station Casinos’ continued reinvestment in its off-Strip portfolio. Leading the refresh is the upcoming debut of Stoney’s Rockin’ Country in early 2026, a high-energy, 19,000-square-foot venue featuring live music, VIP spaces, and signature Southern flair. This renovation phase also includes the farewell and reimagining of Club Madrid into a dynamic new casino bar, the introduction of an all-new Player Services area, and continued enhancements across the property. With live entertainment, major headliners, and even more updates on the way, this property will deliver an enhanced guest experience in the heart of Henderson.
M Resort Spa & Casino completed the first phase of its $206 million expansion with the debut of its fully redesigned 92,000-square-foot casino floor. Enhancements include a refreshed table games pit, travertine walkways, an updated high limit room, and a relocated Coors Light Chill Zone now connected to Raiders Tavern & Grill. The property’s expansion continues with new convention space and a ballroom opening winter 2025, followed by a second hotel tower in early 2026, doubling total capacity to 774 rooms.
Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), which was named the No. 1 convention center in the country by The Wall Street Journal, is upgrading its original campus with renovations to the South, North and Central halls. The extensive project, expected to be completed by the end of 2025, began with a $600 million update to the South Hall. A new east entrance will welcome convention attendees with an indoor lobby and outdoor plaza featuring 500 plants and shrubs, creating a grand first impression of the already impressive space. Additionally, the second-floor boardroom will be expanded to 4,000 square feet, nearly twice its original size, and will feature a modern design, increased public seating and a 32-foot-by-9-foot LED screen serving as its centerpiece.
MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is rolling out the first phase of its $300 million remodel, with newly renovated rooms now available for reservation. The full transformation, set for completion by December 2025, will upgrade all 4,212 rooms and suites. Inspired by the bold glamour of the disco era, the redesign features modern luxury, spa-inspired bathrooms, smart TVs, and smart storage solutions. The remodel also introduces over 100 new suites, designed for a premium guest experience. In addition, the property debuts new dining and entertainment venues, including NETFLIX BITES and Palm Tree Beach Club, a luxury beach club. These new venues further cement the property's status as a top destination on the south end of the Strip.
While Sphere puts on fully immersive concerts and shows like Eagles, Backstreet Boys and Wizard of Oz, and Zac Brown Band, the tech-driven venue can also play host to convention keynote speakers. Presentations at this impressive space will captivate and engage audiences with purpose-built tech capabilities that production teams dream of. The entertainment venue, which holds 20,000, is billed as the largest spherical structure on Earth. In early 2025, El Cortez Hotel & Casino completed a $20 million property-wide expansion, featuring an additional 10,000 square feet of casino space, a new high-limit lounge, and the lively ShowBar and Roulette Bar. The casino's newest dining venue, Hot Noods, is led by Michelin Guide-recognized Chef Po Fai Lam, and serves Asian cuisine in an energetic atmosphere. This grand reopening celebrates the hotel's blend of rich history and modern upgrades, offering a refreshed experience while maintaining its legacy as a Las Vegas landmark.
