We are delighted with the outcome of today’s Clark County Commission meeting, and look forward to continuing the realization of the Las Vegas Convention Center District expansion and renovation project and the economic benefits it will bring to the southern Nevada economy. Not only will the project help us to maintain our status as the number one trade show destination in America, it will help to grow our economy with more than $2 billion in construction-related local economic impact, and the completed project is expected to generate a potential incremental economic impact of more than $800 million per year. We anticipate starting construction this fall.
