Breakfast 

Enjoy remarkable vantage points of Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens at this popular café. Signature dishes include thick cut French toast and sticky buns. A private dining room is available which seats up to 30 guests. 

Award-winning cuisine awaits! Dine indoors or on the garden patio, selecting from a reception or seated-style event, based on your group’s needs. They have three group-dining menu options ranging in prices and options. 

The menu centers around flavorful and fresh ingredients. Menu highlights include eggs benedict and deep-dish pancakes, plus it offers a fully vegan menu. The private dining room seats up to 32. There are also semi-private options to dine on the patio and garden, and in the main dining room, both fitting up to 120 guests. 

With indoor and outdoor dining options and a large 5,500-square-foot patio with covered cabanas, Salt & Ivy can accommodate a total of 263 seated guests, or 100 in the main dining room, plus additional seats on the patio. The menu offers elevated American classic breakfast dishes. They also have customizable menus for groups larger than 14.

Lunch 

This restaurant offers spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip due to the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The menu, contemporary American cuisine, features known and signature Gordon Ramsay dishes, plus his twist on the latest food trends. Its private dining room holds up to 42 or buy out the restaurant to fit 250 guests and includes the option of a private dining menu.  

  • The X Pot at The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas  

The private room, seating up to 24, is perfect for presentations with its 360 HD projections, interactive light and sound options. Asian cuisine using thousand-year-old hotpot tradition, boasting rare selections of A5 Wagyu meats and fresh seafood.  

Authentic coastal Italian cuisine in an intimate, yet spacious atmosphere, with poolside seating. Featured items include breakfast pizza, green eggs, pastas and more. The private dining room seats up to 14. A full buy out is also available for up to 300 guests. 

Dinner

It has three private dining rooms that seat from 10 to 50 guests, but if you buy out the restaurant, there’s room for 250 seated, or 500 reception-style. It’s encouraged to wear casual, elegant attire. The menu has several offerings including fresh seafood and various meats.  

Discover modern, sharable Italian cuisine highlighting a variety of fresh, handmade artisan pastas. Popular dishes include Squash Blossoms, Rigatoni Alla Vodka, and Honey Ricotta Ciabatta. Private dining available for groups up to 250 with customizable menus. Note, indoor seating only.  

  • LAVO at The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas 

Restaurant and lounge intermixed, with Mediterranean décor, LAVO is known for its chic atmosphere. Enjoy Italian cuisine including their signature 1 lb. meatball, assortment of pasta, poultry dishes, a raw bar and more. Private dining is available indoors and outdoors. The private dining room seats up to 28. There are also indoor semi-private dining options, however, for a full buy out, the restaurant can fit up to 725 guests. 

This 1950’s vintage glamour fuses with a modern atmosphere and boasts five private dining rooms ranging from 22 to 65 seated guests. There’s also a 3D, glowing, rose-like ceiling created by local artists, and gold marble. Offering wet-and dry-aged steaks, American Wagyu, or order off the vegan menu, regardless, this spot is a true crowd pleaser. 

Combines authentic Cantonese dishes with over 400 wines. Two private rooms seat a combined 34 guests (12 and 18 respectively). Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan menu options, as well as its Hakkatini Nights menu.  

This spot is importing some of the best catches you could ask for and plating them in a five-star fashion that makes them as envious as delicious. Once you get through the seafood selections, don’t forget to order a slice of its signature Key Lime Pie. The space can accommodate up to 150 guests, offers a private dining menu, and has on-site event planners to help ensure your event is a success!
