As Las Vegas continues to grow, new developments for the next generation of meetings and events continues to grow as well. Recently opened venues in Las Vegas – and those set to open within the year – offer massive amounts of flexible meeting space with the ability to accommodate smaller groups in the current meetings and events landscape, and larger convention groups in the future.

Wynn Las Vegas

With 300,000 square feet of event venues with outdoor areas, Wynn Las Vegas has some of the most stunning spaces, including the newest 20,000-square-foot Event Pavilion and adjacent expansive lawn. With amazing views of Wynn Golf Club’s 18th hole fairway and waterfall, it’s the perfect setting for business or entertaining.

The Event Pavilion at Wynn Las Vegas is a well-lit outdoor meeting space with a sprawling lawn.


The FORUM offers more than 300,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world at 110,000 square feet each. In addition, it includes a 100,000-square-foot outdoor plaza and more than 100 breakout rooms perfect for smaller meetings.

An immersive complex where art, commerce, food, design, technology, and innovation all blend together, AREA 15 offers 40,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space. One of the most talked-about spaces is the circular, open-air Sanctuary – a bamboo volcano designed by pioneering architect and design firm, IBUKU.

Allegiant Stadium

At the new home of the Las Vegas Raiders, there are more than 10 event spaces within Allegiant Stadium – including the Field, VIP clubs, and large concourse spaces. These smaller capacity spaces can, of course, be used on their own or combined to accommodate larger groups. Full stadium buyouts are also possible.

The Expo at World Market Center

Part of the World Market Center campus, The Expo showcases more than 200,000 square feet of exhibit, meeting, and pre-function space along with amenities that make event planning efficient. With the addition of The Expo, the World Market Center now offers more than 700,000 square feet of flexible event and exhibition space.

Circa Las Vegas

Opened in October 2020, Circa is Downtown Las Vegas’ first ground-up casino to open in 40 years. The unique meeting spaces, including Stadium Swim, the rooftop pool amphitheater, and the Legacy Club, overlooks the city from the 35th floor.

Located in Downtown Las Vegas, the new Circa building sits right next to the Freemont Street Experience.

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, the hotel and casino offers 117,000 square feet of flexible indoor meeting and events space – including 34 meeting rooms – will make the property a destination for events of all sizes. Meeting planners will also benefit from Hilton loyalty programs.

The Virgin Hotels location in Las Vegas features sleek mid-century inspired design and desert-friendly landscaping.

Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall

The brand-new West Hall opening early 2021, will provide 600,000 square feet of customizable trade show space, increasing the total campus exhibition space to 2.5 million square feet. In addition to the exhibition space, the new area will feature 150,000 square feet of meeting room space, with the ability to create 80 breakout rooms. The LVCC was awarded the GBAC STAR™ facility accreditation focused on cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention, along with incorporating its own thorough cleaning, sanitization, and training plan for employees.

The brand-new West Hall addition to the Las Vegas Convention Center has large windows to let natural light in.

Resorts World

Opening June 24, 2021, the newest mega-resort on the Strip will have 350,000 square feet of overall meeting space, including a 100,000-square-foot pillarless Event Center, a combined 30,000 square feet of private rooftop and terrace space, and 50-plus meeting rooms.
