Recently opened venues in Las Vegas – and those set to open within the year – offer massive amounts of flexible meeting space with the ability to accommodate smaller groups in the current meetings and events landscape, and larger convention groups in the future.
The Venetian and Palazzo Resort Las Vegas
The 500,000 square feet of meeting space at the GBAC STAR™ facility accredited The Venetian and Palazzo runs the gamut from the immense Venetian Expo halls to intimate hospitality suites and private outdoor patios. The newest 8,000 square-foot, multi-functional Stella Studio is perfect for small to mid-size groups. The natural light sets the stage for a stunning, intimate event sure to impress your VIPs.
With 300,000 square feet of event venues with outdoor areas, Wynn Las Vegas has some of the most stunning spaces, including the newest 20,000-square-foot Event Pavilion and adjacent expansive lawn. With amazing views of Wynn Golf Club’s 18th hole fairway and waterfall, it’s the perfect setting for business or entertaining.
The FORUM offers more than 300,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world at 110,000 square feet each. In addition, it includes a 100,000-square-foot outdoor plaza and more than 100 breakout rooms perfect for smaller meetings.
An immersive complex where art, commerce, food, design, technology, and innovation all blend together, AREA 15 offers 40,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space. One of the most talked-about spaces is the circular, open-air Sanctuary – a bamboo volcano designed by pioneering architect and design firm, IBUKU. The complex recently started construction on “The Grounds,” a large-scale, multi-use outdoor event space with 190,000 square feet that is expected to be ready to host events this summer.
Home of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders, there are more than 10 event spaces within Allegiant Stadium – including the Field, VIP clubs, and large concourse spaces. The stadium’s smaller capacity spaces can, of course, be used on their own or combined to accommodate larger groups. Full stadium buyouts are also possible.
The Expo at World Market Center
Part of the World Market Center campus, The Expo showcases more than 200,000 square feet of exhibit, meeting, and pre-function space along with amenities that make event planning efficient. With the addition of The Expo, the World Market Center now offers more than 700,000 square feet of flexible event and exhibition space.
Circa is Downtown Las Vegas’ first ground-up integrated resort to open in 40 years. The unique meeting spaces include Stadium Swim – the rooftop pool amphitheater – as well as the spectacular Legacy Club, which overlooks the city from the 35th floor.
Part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, the resort is now open and ready for meetings. The 117,000 square feet of flexible indoor meeting and events space – including 34 meeting rooms – make the property a destination for events of all sizes. Meeting planners will also benefit from Hilton loyalty programs.
Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) West Hall
The brand-new West Hall welcomed its first large convention, World of Concrete, in June 2021. The stunning space provides 600,000 square feet of customizable trade show space, increasing the total campus exhibition space to 2.5 million square feet. In addition to the exhibition space, the new hall will feature 150,000 square feet of meeting room space, with the ability to create 80 breakout rooms. The LVCC was the first facility in Nevada awarded the GBAC STAR™ facility accreditation which is considered the gold standard in cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention.
The newest mega-resort on the Strip opened on June 24th, 2021. Resorts World has 350,000 square feet of overall meeting space, including a 100,000-square-foot pillarless Event Center, a combined 30,000 square feet of private rooftop and terrace space, and 50-plus meeting rooms. Resorts World has also been awarded the GBAC STAR™ facility accreditation.
